A welcoming location in a vibrant part of Montreal. Positive: I have stayed here many times before and it is always clean, pleasant and comfortable. Negative: Nothing. There is some sound penetration from the restaurant /club below but nothing intrusive.

Très bel appartement, confortable mais un peu de bruit et pas très lumineux Positive: Bel appartement, très bien équipé, très confortable et plutôt bien situé à 15 min à pied du Mont Royal et 20-40 min du centre du plateau Negative: Un peu bruyant ( au dessus d’un restaurant dont on entend la musique jusque 23h) , et un peu sombre ( la vue de la fenêtre n’est pas du tout celle de la photo; donne sur une petite cour ). 2 eme étage sans ascenseur donc attention aux grosses valises

Despite a bad smell (pot) from a previous guest, the unit was terrific. Negative: When we arrived there was a very strong smell of pot in the unit. It wasn't in the hallway, it was in the unit. I would imagine that the cleaners might have noticed it, aired it out..... I sent a note to the owners to advie of the issue so I wouldn't be charged for smoking in the unit, and they confirmed receipt of that info. However, once you have arrived at a place, there is nothing you can do but remain there with the unpleasant smell. I'm a non-smoker so it was not the greatest stay. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT ABOUT THE PLACE.
