Love Montreal & Great location! Positive: Nicely updated space, very well located. Management was very responsive and accessible for questions/checkin. Bed was very comfortable. Has everything we needed. Negative: Only one unfortunate drawback ro such a good spot, which was the loud repetitive bass from music in the building until 2 am. I read the reviews noting this but thought we would be ok, but it was quite disruptive after the midnight hour. Next time earplugs.

This is the third time we've stayed in Lofts du Parc Lahaie and it suits us perfectly. Positive: The location is excellent for exploring Outremont, Mont-Royal and Mile-End, and it's lovely having Parc Lahaie opposite. Negative: There was quite a lot of noise from the music in the bar downstairs some evenings - the bass could be very repetitive and irritating, but it didn't bother us too much.
