Cuisine bien équipée avec petit électroménager et épicerie de base non accessible PMR car accès par un escalier raide NB Pas de petit déjeuner Negative: Le message d'arrivée de la société de location pourrait au moins être en français puisque le logement est situé en zone francophone

반짝반짝 몬트리올 Positive: 앞 공원 전망과 주방 시설과 식기가 깔끔하고 좋음 Negative: 처음에 출입문 찾기가 쉽지 않았음.. 옆 바에 계속 들어갈뻔!! 바닥에 먼지가 너무 많음 수건이 너무 조금밖에 준비되어 있지 않음

Overall, decent and great location. But for the price, we expected pristine. Positive: Great location, decent size studio, kitchen nice Negative: Furniture was worse for wear (kitchen table was pockmarked, stains on bed frame), bathroom has a serious mold issue; inside of bathroom door could use a good cleaning

Great location, nice space Positive: It was a nice, clean, airy large space. The TV was great, Netflix worked perfectly. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was great to have our own space and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of trendy Mile End, and within walking distance of Old Montreal. Negative: It was one notch more run-down than I expected; I think the photos of the property must have been taken some time ago. For example, the large chest of drawers was quite ricketty and we didn't trust filling it with our clothes. Some of the edging strips on the kitchen units had come away. There was also a faint smell of damp throughout, though the host offered to reimburse us for air fresheners.

Très bon logement pour profiter de Montréal Positive: L’emplacement dans un quartier très agréable et bien positionné (commerces, bars, restaurants animés, parcs), la luminosité, le confort général dans un vaste loft, l’équipement général et le service apporté par le propriétaire. Negative: Un peu bruyant si on ouvre les fenêtres, mais on est en ville, c’est normal
